We are GUTEmission
Generator of Unconditional support, Traditions and Energy

Our goal is to help migrants in Europe integrate utilizing their own strengths. We have created a project that gives people energy and helps them believe in themselves and develop their skills. To continue and expand our volunteer project, we need the support of people like you! Together, we can make a difference in the lives of migrants.

What is GUTEmission?

GUTEmission is an initiative founded by women who fled from the war in Ukraine. Formerly known as Café Ukraine (back when it was a project of the Berliner Stadtmission) we have organized over 55 events and brought together more than 4,500 people in Berlin. Through music, cooking, workshops, and mutual support, we create an atmosphere of feeling at home. Our project helps both our volunteers and guests, giving them a feeling of belonging and boosting their confidence in themselves and their abilities!

Everyone is welcome at GUTEmission
GUTEmission is more than just a collection of workshops, culinary experiences, musical concerts, and entertainment events. Our goal is to develop an integration program for migrants from different countries that helps them to successfully integrate into European society and can be used in different regions.

GUTEmission is establishing an intercultural center
In order to best bring people together, GUTEmission needs to develop and grow. We need our own space so we can invest in its design and equipment.

We are looking for a commercial space (150-250 m²) inside the S-Bahn ring to be the new home of the intercultural center.
Join us and be part of our mission!
